This wireframe is intended to (partially) demonstrate how a user would add/edit a comment, and see existing comments inline (if they've left them).

Section 1: Provisions which apply generally to combustion installations

Each web page represents a section of the document (e.g. Section 1). This is because images sometimes referenced several times within a single section. Having a section on one web page will mean that a user can easily jump to the correct image using a link, without leaving the page. Whoever inserts the HTML will need to include these additional links.

Performance

1.1 In the Secretary of State’s view Requirements J1 to J4 will be met if the building provisions for the safe accommodation of combustion appliances:

  1. enable the admission of sufficient air for:
    1. the proper combustion of fuel and the operation of flues;
    2. the cooling of appliances where necessary;
  2. enable normal operation of appliances without the products of combustion becoming a hazard to health;
  3. enable normal operation of appliances without their causing danger through damage by heat or fire to the fabric of the building;
  4. have been inspected and tested to establish suitability for the purpose intended; have been labelled to indicate performance capabilities.
