ABRSM
I’ve completed a number of research, design and strategy projects for ABRSM’s various web presences, and created a roadmap of digital strategy.
Research example: while visiting ABRSM’s offices, I accidentally overheard some of the support phone calls made by customers using a booking system on the web. At my suggestion, usability testing ‘think-aloud’ sessions were conducted with new and existing customers, resulting in usability improvements to the exam booking system.

Amnesty International
I conducted a lengthy research project into the user base of their site, including surveys, interviews, strategy workshops, and competitive analysis. The work was summarised into detailed personas and vision documents.

WaterAid
For the creation of a new UGC appealing to industry users, I conducted strategy workshops to roadmap long term goals, created an interface, tested it, and conducted feedback research internationally.
